Refund policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, The goods must be returned in ‘new’ unused condition and in their original packaging. The packaging must not be ripped or damaged or we may refuse the return

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@superfastdiecast.co.uk. Please supply your order number when contacting regarding a return.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs (which are not refundable) and must ensure that they are returned in protective sturdy packaging to ensure the goods arrive in the same condition they were received.   We suggest you use a tracked service which provides adequate insurance cover for the value of the goods you are returning. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If the item is faulty or damaged we will cover the costs of the return shipping, please contact us prior to returning so we can arrange a free returns label or resolve the fault you are experiencing. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Below is a list of examples where we would not be able to accept a return

  • Accidental Damage:  if the model has been accidentally broken or damaged after delivery, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
  • Security Seal Tampering: If the security plastic wrapping or sealing has been removed, particularly for brands like Spark, Minichamps, Sun Star, Autoart and Maisto where the condition of the model can be verified through intact seals.
  • Usage: If the model has been removed from its original packaging, assembled, or used in any form, affecting its resale condition.
  • Packaging Integrity: If the original packaging of the item has been damaged after you’ve received it.
  • Repair Attempt: If a repair has been attempted without our permission(i.e. attempting to superglue parts back on), the product can no longer be returned.

Please contact us prior to returning so we can arrange a free returns label or resolve the fault you are experiencing. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and the refund is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Distance Selling 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs (which are not refundable) and we suggest you use a tracked service which provides adequate insurance cover for the value of the goods you are returning.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
